The Scottish Young Lawyers Association are pleased to announce their annual conference will take place on Saturday 26 June 2010 at The Landmark Hotel, Dundee.  The SYLA conference is the highlight of our event calender and not to be missed! There will be a full day of seminars on a variety of topics from leading figures from the profession and beyond. The day conference will be followed by an evening of dinner and dancing.

The SYLA are hosting the latest in the series of 'So you want to be?' on Thursday 3 June 2010 at the WS Society, Edinburgh.

This latest seminar will focus on criminal law and we are delighted to announce the speakers for that evening are Frances McMenamin QC and Alex Prentice QC.Both speakers have excelled in their fields and have vast and varied experiences.

The evening will commence at 6pm and last until 8pm, followed by a free Wine Reception.This is ideally aimed at LLB and Diploma Students, Trainees and NQs to 2years PQE, but all are welcome.
