Brian Dunbar has been a senior client director at Dell since joining as part of the Dell acquisition of ACS in November 2006. Brian has sales responsibility for Dell’s largest commercial clients in Scotland, spearheading a team of sales and pre sales specialists in communicating and delivering Dell’s range of products, solutions and services. Prior to joining Dell, Brian worked for Anite Public Sector, where he was Sales Director for the Scottish region. Before Anite, Brian held senior technical and management positions with Data Sciences, now part of IBM Global Services. 

Clive Rees is IT Procurement Director for Lloyds Banking Group. Following graduation, Clive spent 14 years working for the NHS in various procurement and commercial roles in Wales, England and Scotland before moving to the private sector. Clive was Head of IT Procurement at National Australia Group in Europe, spending a year seconded to Australia before moving to Abbey to the Head of IT Procurement there. Clive moved to LTSB in 2005, initially as an interim performing various role before joining permanently in 2007 as the Head of IT Procurement. In February 2009 took up his current position for Lloyds Banking Group. Clive also holds an MBA and a PhD in Commercial Relationships. 

John Forsyth is Director of Group Legal at HBOS plc and Head of the HBOS IT Legal Team advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of strategic commercial transactions and financial services initiatives. John is a Board member of the Scottish Society for Computers and Law and a committee member of the In-house Lawyers Group at The Law Society of Scotland. John is a dual qualified Solicitor in Scots and English law and has a Masters degree (LLM) in Information Technology and Telecommunications law. He has a particular interest in financial services initiatives which utilise new forms of technology to further develop the efficient provision of Financial Services products and services. John teaches on the LBC In-House Lawyers School programme at Queens College, Cambridge and is a regular conference speaker on Financial Services Regulation, Outsourcing/Offshoring and E-Disclosure/ Information Management initiatives.
