Chris Nicholson

Chris graduated from Strathclyde University Law School in 2004; thereafter obtaining his Diploma in Legal Practice at GGSL in 2005. Chris was a tutor and researcher at the Law School with a particular interest in Public Law, Human Rights Law and their respective application in Scotland. 

Chris trained with the Government Legal Service for Scotland (GLSS) during which he worked for the Scottish Government, Scottish Parliament and the Advocate Generals Office. Upon qualification Chris accepted a secondment to the Crown Office and has been there since.   

 

Chris has been a SYLA committee member since September 2007 and helps in particular with events.
